Access your 1win account securely and quickly from any device. We offer multiple authentication methods tailored to your preferences, ensuring seamless access to your PKR balance, active bonuses, and betting history.

Available Login Methods

You can log in to your 1win account using any of the following verified methods:

  • Phone Number. Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number (including the +92 country code) along with your password.
  • Email Address. Use the email address linked to your account along with your password.
  • Social Networks. Log in with a single click using Google, Telegram, or Steam (availability depends on your region).
  • Crypto Wallet. Connect your Web3 wallet directly. We support over 540 wallets, including WalletConnect, MetaMask, and Trust Wallet. Simply scan the QR code or approve the connection in your browser extension to log in instantly.

Password Recovery

If you have forgotten your password, follow these simple steps to restore access:

  1. Click the “Forgot your password?” link located directly beneath the login form.
  2. Enter the phone number or email address associated with your 1win account.
  3. Follow the instructions sent to your contact method to create a new, secure password.

Account Security and Limitations

Your account security is our priority. However, it is important to note the current security infrastructure of the platform:

  • Password Protection. Your account is primarily secured by your unique password and verified contact data.
  • No 2FA or Biometrics. Please be aware that 1win does not currently implement Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), Face ID, or fingerprint login on any version of the platform (desktop, mobile, or app).
  • Best Practices. We strongly advise using a strong, unique password and regularly reviewing your “Active sessions” in the Settings to terminate any unrecognised devices.

Managing Active Sessions

To ensure your account remains secure, you can monitor all devices currently logged into your profile:

  1. Navigate to your Profile and select Settings.
  2. Scroll to the Other settings group.
  3. Review the list under Active sessions.
  4. Click the “End” button next to any device you do not recognise to immediately revoke its access.

Personal Cabinet Overview

After logging in, your Profile provides centralised control over your account. The main sections include:

  • Bonuses. View active free spins and promotional offers.
  • Bonus codes. Activate promo codes and vouchers.
  • Bet history. Track open and settled bets across all products.
  • Transaction history. Monitor the status of all deposits and withdrawals.
  • Settings. Edit personal data, manage security, and view active sessions.
  • 24/7 support. Direct contact information for the support team.
